- Before completing your order, please check to make sure that all of your information was entered correctly.
- All FedEX orders MUST have a physical address; FedEX does not deliver to a P.O. Box address.
Time Table For Order Arrival
- All orders take a minimum of 12 hours to process. Once processed, it will be sent to the shipping desk for packaging and departure of our facility.
- ORDER PROCESSING DELAYS INCLUDE:
- Holidays – When ordering around a holiday date, orders will take longer to be processed.
- Weekly Order Processing Schedule – Orders placed Friday – Sunday will be shipped out on the following Monday.
- To determine an orders estimated DELIVERY DATE please factor in the following information. Your order is received and packaged within an average of 24 hours. This time may vary depending on the day an order is made, availability of the items and shipping method selected by the customer..
- Orders for multiple items or multiple copies of a single item may take longer to assemble.
- CONFERENCES and SCHOOLS or other “made-to-order” products go through a production process and take longer to assemble and ship, please allow extra time for these types of products.
- Time allotted for shipping is based on several factors, including destination address and how quickly White Antelope Studio can obtain and assemble items for shipment.
*Most orders are estimated to be shipped within 24 hours from the time it was placed.
- FedEX 2ND DAY AIR: Ship time is subject to item availability. FedEX 2nd Day Air will take approximately 2 business days from the time it leaves our building until it is delivered to you. Please allow 3 BUSINESS DAY arrival time as orders take a minimum of 12 hours to process. Upon your order’s shipment you will receive an email with your tracking number in order to determine the packages arrival date.
- FedEX GROUND DOMESTIC: Ship time is subject to item availability. FedEX Ground will take approximately 5 business days from the time it leaves our building until it is delivered to you. Upon your order’s shipment, having provided us with an email address, you will receive an email with your tracking number in order to determine the packages arrival date.
- FedEX STANDARD (INTL. to CANADA): BROKERAGE FEES, paid by customer will apply upon package arrival into Canada. Ship time is subject to item availability. FedEX Standard is only offered to CANADA. “In transit” time is ESTIMATED anywhere from 5-10 business days. Customs Brokerage Fee’s are common for the importing of products from the United States. The customer is responsible to pay all import fees incurred. Upon the shipping of your order, having provided us with an email address, you will receive an email with your tracking number in order to determine the packages arrival date.
- FedEX FIRST CLASS: Ship time is subject to item availability. FedEX First Class transit time is approximately 3 business days. This class of mail is only available for packages 13 oz and under.
- FedEX PRIORITY: Ship time is subject to item availability. FedEX Priority transit time is approximately 2-3 business days from the time it leaves our building until it is delivered to you.
- FedEX FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL: Ship time stated by the United States Postal Service reads as “varies.” Therefore, FedEX gives their customers no estimated time of delivery. This method can only be used for packages that are under 4 pounds. FedEX is not responsible for delivery time once your order leaves the border of The United States. White Antelope Studio is not responsible for duties or taxes incurred upon your packages. International packages have been known to take up to 2 months to reach their destination because of other countries customs and delivery services.
- FedEX PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL: Ship time is subject to item availability. Priority International ship time is an estimated 4-10 days. FedEX is not responsible for delivery time once your order leaves the border of the United States. White Antelope Studio is not responsible for duties or taxes incurred upon your packages. Some international packages have been know to take up to 2 months to reach their destination because of other countries delivery services.
- Orders shipped FedEX and FedEX will have tracking information. Your tracking number will be available in your White Antelope Studio Web Store Account as well as in your personal email address that you have given to White Antelope Studio web store.
- Orders that are shipped FedEX First Class International do not have tracking confirmation.
- On occasion packages are returned as “undeliverable”. In such cases, we will issue a full refund (minus the shipping charges).
- If a package is deemed lost as a result of our error, we will refund the order. HOWEVER, if the order is lost because of customer error, the charges will not be refunded.
- We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our Web site.
- If you suspect your order cannot be delivered, and you have not received confirmation of its return or a refund, please contact us.
Why Was My Package Undeliverable?
*Our carriers may deem a package “undeliverable” for one of the following reasons;
- INCORRECT ADDRESS: If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient.
- IF an APO or FPO address is entered as an international address, the package will not reach its destination.
- ADDRESS FORMAT: If an address was entered in an incorrect format, it will be undeliverable.
- If you live in an area experiencing snow storms or other extreme weather, weather delays may add additional time to the estimated delivery date of your order.
After Estimated Delivery Date
- FedEX Ship Methods: Tracking is available, except for FedEX First Class International. Due to this feature, please allow 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date before inquiring about your order.
- FedEX will have tracking information available in your White Antelope Studio web store account as well as your personal email address that you have given to White Antelope Studio web store. Please track your package via this information. Tracking information can read as follows: DELIVERED, UNDELIVERABLE/RETURN TO SENDER, or there may be no information available.
- DELIVERED: Please check with your neighbors or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch, garage, or even behind bushes.
- UNDELIVERABLE: If the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, please contact us.
- NO TRACKING AVAILABLE: If you cannot locate tracking or delivery information about your package, start with checking your shipping address you entered for your order. If all of your information is correct, please contact us with all of your order information. Please include the following in your inquiry; order number, order date, name order is under, and how it was requested to be shipped.
- ALL MP3 purchases are FINAL.
- ALL “MADE-TO-ORDER” PRODUCTS (conferences, schools, and services) are NON-REFUNDABLE as they are only produced upon your request.
Time Limit For Returns
- FULL REFUND CONDITIONS: REFUNDS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED BY White Antelope Studio STAFF. Only new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by White Antelope Studio department will receive a refund within 30 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee will apply in most cases. Any products shipped to White Antelope Studio without pre-approval will not be refunded.
Order Changes and Cancellations
- If changes are needed, an order can be voided on the same business day with no additional fee. After one business day, if an order has not yet been shipped out, a 15% re-stocking fee may be applied.
*Please try playing all media in several different players before contacting us about potentially faulty product. Some MEDIA (DVD/CD) will not play in equipment that is not CURRENT technology.
- We will replace any faulty product you may receive. Before returning the product to us, please contact us and provide the following information:
- Your name as appears on the order.
- Shipping address .
- Your daytime phone number.
- Order number.
- Product details: please include information on the make, model and year of your CD/DVD player and symptoms of your faulty product.
- We will pay return shipping costs if we request product to be returned as a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
- Items returned to White Antelope Studio that are damaged may or may not receive a partial refund. Your refund will be at the discretion of White Antelope Studio Staff.
Window of Time for Refund
- ALL REFUNDS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED BY White Antelope Studio STAFF. Please do NOT return ANY products without contacting White Antelope Studio. Products shipped to White Antelope Studio without pre-approval will not be accepted for refund.
- All financial information that was given to White Antelope Studio for purchasing your order is unavailable to White Antelope Studio staff. In order for you to obtain a refund, you will first need to contact us with your credit card account information.
- You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you may receive a refund more quickly.
- Time period stated includes the transit time for us to receive your return product (5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days).
